Returns + Exchanges
- Full priced items (purchased online) - eligible for a refund or online store credit
- Sale or promotion items - items that are on sale or purchased during a promotion are eligible for an online store credit only (unless the item is faulty and meets the criteria for a refund).
- Masks - All masks are final sale and returns will not be accepted for sanitary purposes.
- Custom products- Personalised items cannot be returned.
- Faulty/damaged items - please email us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name + order number.
