  • Full priced items (purchased online) - eligible for a refund or online store credit
  • Sale or promotion items - items that are on sale or purchased during a promotion are eligible for an online store credit only (unless the item is faulty and meets the criteria for a refund).
  • Masks - All masks are final sale and returns will not be accepted for sanitary purposes.
  • Custom products- Personalised items cannot be returned.
  • Faulty/damaged items - please email us directly at hello@daemade.com with your name + order number.
